Claudia has been working in the wellness industry over 10 years as a Health Coach. Raised in the midwest graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Economics. She then continued her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she trained in hundreds of dietary theories and practices. She guides her clients who are busy individuals to find their version of Happy and Healthy!
Fell in love with crystals and their benefits while living in Brazil. She hand picks high quality crystals and brings them to the states for people to take home and also enjoy the healing benefits.
